BioLongevity Labs may verify the information supplied at checkout. Verification methods include IP address review, business or institutional confirmation, and direct requests for supporting information.

Orders may be held pending verification. Any order may be cancelled at the sole discretion of BioLongevity Labs, including after payment, when the information provided cannot be confirmed.

Accounts are reviewed when a purchase pattern or a stated intent conflicts with this policy.

Providing false information, or purchasing with intent for a prohibited use, results in immediate termination of the customer account and forfeiture of any wholesale, affiliate, or loyalty standing.

Every shipment carries the documentation needed to keep RUO status intact through receipt, storage, and use.

Keep the lot number as the shared reference across your purchase records, storage logs, and experimental notes. Certificates of Analysis for all catalog compounds are available at All COAs.

If you transfer material into a secondary container, carry the compound name, lot number, concentration, and RUO status onto the new label.
